OK, I’ve sprung for my own domain name limb2limb.com after extensive reading on problogger. Darren Rowse has spoken about the benefits of having your own domain name as apposed to a free blog on blogger. Even though I have a couple of blogs there, Resurrecting the Wood and The Musings of Jack. I guess it’s all about credibility within the blogging community. I must admit it’s a little daunting trying to navigate through all this information and still come away with a reasonable post.
All I can hope for is that the learning curve will be fast so that I can reap the benefits of this great publishing tool. Once I get fully familiar then I can develop my own themes and put some pizzaz into the overall look of my blog.
